Breathe in tranquility, breathe out stress. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About the Instructor: Jasmine Bennett is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing yoga for four years before deciding to start her certification to teach. Jasmine's goal for teaching is to create a safe space for people of all genders, all races, and all walks of life to come and connect with their mind, body, and soul. She has a passion for teaching empowering sequences that focus on body confidence, mental and emotional well-being, and tapping into our energy. She specializes in restorative yoga, yin yoga, trap yoga, and chair yoga, but is always seeking to further her education with new styles. Jasmine believes it is her mission as a RYT-200 to help others find peace and serenity in themselves, to feel confident to show up as they are, and take the first step into their own journey of self-love, light, and healing.
